Build the technology with us and develop professionally in an international role.\n\nWe\u0092re looking for an EMEA Business Development Specialist who will be supporting Arrow\u0092s EMEA Cyber Security Alliances team in driving and expanding the overall strategic plan and relationship with the vendors in our Cyber Security portfolio, ensuring business alignment, executive sponsorship, and development of the vendors within Arrow.\n\nYou will run the relationship for several of our Cyber Security vendors on EMEA level and supporting our local countries in developing the business. Furthermore, you will own an Arrow project on a yearly basis to support the development of Arrow\u0092s processes and G2M strategy.\nWhere is this position based?\nAs this is an EMEA position, you can work remotely from any country where we have offices, but principally from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, UK, Ireland, Germany & Benelux.\n\nFor this reason, we'll only consider candidates who are currently living in this region.\nWhat will you be doing??\nNo day is like any other in Arrow, but typically you will be busy with:\nStrategic relationships with the vendors (Distribution and Channel Managers) and support exec peering\n\nOwnership, development and execution of strategic sales plans and investment initiatives\n\nManage the local execution of EMEA wide initiatives for each strategic program, market segment and product line and support consistency in our G2M plans\n\nCoordinate forecasting\/pipeline process for vendors in scope, in line with Arrow countries\n\nWork closely with all departments\/countries within Arrow ECS EMEA towards the achievement of financial and business goals\n\nCreate executive summaries for the Arrow management team\n\nUnderstand and support the development of Cloud (ArrowSphere) and MSSP business\nWhat are we looking for?\nYou have experience in building new businesses from the scratch in the Cyber Security industry\n\nYou have worked min. 3 years in the IT industry at a vendor, distributor or reseller, managing channel relationships, processes, and programs\n\nYou are able to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives, and demonstrate the ROI\n\nYou can work well individually and in a team, receiving minimal guidance and taking responsibility\n\nYou contribute to process improvements\n\nYou are fluent in English and ideally another large European language (written and verbal) \nWorking hours\nThe company\u0092s standard hours of work are between 09:00\u0096 5.30pm. The EMEA Business Development Specialist will report to one of the Sales Directors in the team, depending on the focus vendors.
