We are currently seeking responsible and caring School Bus Drivers to join our team. If you have a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with passenger and school bus endorsements, a commitment to student safety, and a professional demeanor, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a school bus following designated routes and schedules.
• Pick up and drop off students at designated stops while ensuring their safety.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations to ensure the safety of students and other drivers.
• Maintain discipline and a respectful atmosphere on the bus.
• Assist students with disabilities or special needs when required.
• Report any issues, incidents, or delays to the appropriate school authorities.
• Communicate and collaborate with school staff and parents as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the school bus.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Strong commitment to student safety and punctuality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to work with students of different ages.
• Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of traffic and safety regulations.
