Digital Marketing Manager, Human Resources M.E.

The purpose of the job is to own and manage all the organic and paid digital marketing activities for some of our digital propositions and to increase the number of visitors and transactions on these kinds of sites
Job Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
? Overall all responsibly on the User Acquisition , Ecommerce Conversion and Sales Leads through paid and non- paid channels ( i.e. Direct Emails , Social , Google AdWords , SEO)
? Identify trends and insights, collect and analyze data, execute campaigns tests in order to achieve an optimized spend as well as to maximum the ROI in paid search campaigns.
? Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, and estimating monthly costs along with the monthly growth in traffic and transactions.
? Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
? Recommend and liaise with internal teams / vendors to create landing pages and participate in optimizing the user experience especially for the landing pages.
? Perform ongoing keyword research and optimization based on the competitors advertising links and keywords and what potential end users are searching for.
? Increasing organic, paid and referral traffic and transactions.
? Develop and implement a backlinks building strategy to MAFF e-commerce sites.
? Work with the development, content/ marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed pages website.
? Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
? Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
? Administer search engine programs (Google AdWords , Google Analytics , Webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting and campaigns management
? Manage the Direct email marketing campaigns (using Mail Chimp or similar tools)
? Help in social media and display advertising campaigns, working closely with Content Manager.
