As Demi Chef de Partie – Garde Manger, we rely on you to:

Maintain high standards of food preparation and service in the Cold kitchen, along with the existing standards
Have good knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu contents
Be familiar with the use of all electrical, mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observes the safety precautions at all times
Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures in line with the hotel policies

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

Diploma / certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred

Experience working in a Cold section in a 5* hotel
Passion for Food & Beverage, creative with attention to details
Conversational English
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
