As a Remote Data Entry Administrative Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of an organization, including data entry, file management, and other administrative duties. Perform data entry and maintenance tasks for various databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Basecamp is a plus.
A high school diploma is required for this role. An associate or bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business administration, office administration, or computer science is preferred.
