Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Assist customers with product and service information, billing questions, and account management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
