Position: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in-person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Assist clients with inquiries about courses, schedules, and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
