We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• UAE residency or work permit is required.
