• Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner

• Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system
• Provide proactive support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve processes
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required
