The job holders are expected to serve and enhance satisfaction levels of external customers by providing accurate product \/ service information and resolving service issues. The Customer Service Officer would work at all times to enhance and strengthen the relationship between the customer and MedNet.\nYour Job:\nHandling member \/ provider and PIC queries promptly and provide accurate information relating to medical cases.\n\nMaintain call center turnaround times and ensure high quality of service is provided to our members, providers and PICs\n\nActively solicit and gather customer feedbacks in order to improve service levels. Use multiple channels including (but not limited to) periodic customer satisfaction surveys and personal interactions.\n\nExplore innovative ways to open channels and gain loyalty of the insurers and insured members.\n\nPrimary channel for receiving complaints from customers, insured groups and payers. The complaints could come through different channels like email, telephone, online complaint lodging systems.\n\nContribute innovative ideas and participate in various programs to gain loyalty of the insurance companies and insured members, for instance arranging for free medical check-ups, talks by renowned doctors at client premises among other initiatives.\n\nAbility to multi-task across customer service functions.\n\nAbility to deliver quality outreach program with an effective reach within reasonable timelines set.\nYour profile\nNative Arabic with an excellent communication skills in English.\n\nQuality focus and customer oriented\n\nProblem solving skills\n\nAbility to handle stress and multi-tasking\n\nAnalytical Thinking\n\nKeen follow up\n\nComputer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)\n\nKnowledge related to medical terminology would be a plus.\n\nInsurance industry \/ market knowledge would be a plus\nQualification\/Experience:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor\u0092s degree in nursing (Priority) , Pharmacy or Medical Degree\nMinimum Experience:\n2 years\u0092 experience in a customer service\/call center role within a hospital \/medical insurance environment or TPA.
