Our Customer Care Trainee is primarily customer experience oriented and will be involved in creating and building the relationship with our customers by managing their inquiries, waiting list, preferences, etc. Most importantly, our consultant will provide exceptional levels of service to ensure that our customers have the best shopping experience when they contact us.

Answer calls and emails
Send template emails for undelivered emails
Send orders to the shipping company
Monitor order flow
Incoming and outgoing calls
What you need to succeed

Fluent in Arabic and English
High communication skills
Flexible to work in the evening time
Excellent communication skills
Able to demonstrate a high level of technical ability and must demonstrate an affinity for the luxury consumer
A commercial and sales driven approach is essential
Ability to achieve results through influence and problem-solving
Flexible attitude and positive approach
