About the job
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to provide excellent service and support to our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and orders.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
Update customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems.
Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets.
Stay informed about products and company policies.
Continuously improve customer care skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work different shifts.
