About the role:

Join our L&D department as a Content Development & Designer and unleash your imagination to craft captivating ILT and e-Learning content for our CX department. Break free from conventional training methodologies, explore innovative approaches, and shape the future of learning with your creative genius. Embark on this exhilarating journey with us as we redefine the possibilities of L&D.

You will:
Design & Develop e-Learning course content
Creates learning objectives, design documents, storyboards and other learning design deliverables
Develop engaging courses with infographics, audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.
Collaborate with internal teams and functional SMEs to source and understand the course content
Set up courses on the Learning Management System, including setting up activities, uploading resources and testing to ensure learning experience is impactful and seamless
Oversee scheduled online courses and optimize reporting for efficiency

This might be right for you if:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, design or related field
Minimum 6+ years of experience in design and development of corporate training
Experience with standard eLearning development tools and softwares (viz; Articulate or Captivate), preferably in a technology-driven organization
Experience with designing and facilitating virtual and face to face trainings using MS Powerpoint
Instructional Designer with knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies in training and development
Experience with learning management systems (LMS or LXP)
Adobe certified professionals will be given preference
Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
High learnability to quickly understand the product, tools, updates and create compelling learning with minimum supervision
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple design projects
Creativity to be able to visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the inside product
Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to navigate challenges and changes in the customer support landscape.
Preferred qualifications:

Experience with tools viz; Vyond and Murf. Ai
