As an eCommerce Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for the eCommerce business across operations, sales, marketing, reporting & analytics.

Operations & Customer Service
Coordinate with warehouse, last-mile & IT service providers for a smooth operation & customer experience.
Order management processes.
Work with internal teams for stock forecasting & inventory management.
Manage customer service touchpoints ensuring with a high-level of efficiency & effectiveness.
Sales & Marketing
Review website content & user journey to identify any errors, areas of improvement or friction.
Use customer feedback & listening tools to provide insights.
Co-ordinate with internal teams for new product launches.
Provide marketing support for communities, CRM & internal processes.
Maintain & develop relevant business reports using tools like Google Analytics, Excel etc.
What we ask
Relevant recognized formal qualifications (University level) – Mandatory.
Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in eCommerce.
High level of written and spoken communication in English (Arabic preferred).
Strong skills in Excel & other MS Office applications.
You will need
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Creative thinker with a can do attitude.
