Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and curate seasonal menus featuring dishes from various international cuisines, ensuring a diverse and exciting selection.
  • Research and experiment with new ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques from different cultures.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation for all menu items.
  • Oversee food preparation in the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to recipes and meet quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of cooks, delegating tasks and providing guidance on culinary techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment following all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling practices.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management on menu planning and pricing strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Proven experience in preparing dishes from various international cuisines, with a strong understanding of different culinary styles and techniques.
  • Excellent knife skills and a mastery of fundamental cooking methods.
  • Strong creativity and a passion for developing innovative and flavorful dishes.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
