We are currently seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Cargo Loaders. As a Cargo Loader, you will play a crucial role in the efficient loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring the safe and timely movement of goods within our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload cargo onto and from trucks, aircraft, or ships according to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Ensure proper placement and securement of cargo to prevent damage during transportation.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, conveyor belts, and pallet jacks to move and position cargo.
• Verify and document the quantity and condition of cargo being loaded or unloaded.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors to coordinate workflow.
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to cargo handling and security.

Requirements:

• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience in cargo handling or a related field is an asset.
• Knowledge of basic equipment operation, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cargo.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
