Job description:
Responsibility for sales in defined territory for Bosch Power Tools Accessories through active development, maintenance & growth of existing authorized vendor (AV) and potential other customers in Midde East Region
Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards customers
Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team
Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
Information gathering about competitors & market trends
Be close to the user to understand their needs and applications and target to convert the user
Gain and provide user and market insights (UX) to the Central Product Area purpose teams for development of regional products / solutions and to Marketing for communication development
Increases numeric and weighted distribution
Promotes and demonstrates PT Accessories to users
Skills & Qualifications:
Analytical thinking and strategic overview
Market expert for respective country / area in Middle East
Strong adaptation to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods
No restriction with travelling to countries in Middle East
Fluent English is a must, Arabic and Turkish languages are plus
Qualifications
Entrepreneurial thinking
Autonomous working manner
Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation
