Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.). Strong understanding of ESM principles and practices. Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript is a plus. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are preferred.
