Business Analyst in Abu Dhabi at Paraminfo.

Job Role:

Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting market analyses across DC products/ services, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business as well as develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform product-solution current state functional assessments providing function point-to-function point comparisons of solution options and product components within the same solutions.
  • Business process adjustments (where possible to align with the product offering).
  • Model both current and proposed business process workflows and data flows.
  • Ensuring all deliverables support Solution Quality Control testing as well as Internal Audit and
  • Change Management requirements.
  • Contribute functional and/or technical input to the resolution of inquiries about solutions within their area of specializations.
  • Participate in team and cross-team work product peer reviews to ensure accountability and adherence to work product standards, organizational process standards and organizational quality expectations and needs.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, integrating DC, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Keep up-to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

Educational and Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Only Arabic candidates preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of systems/business analysis and modelling techniques.
  • Strong facilitation, partnership-building and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to interact successfully with multiple customers at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple concurrent solutions/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and adapt easily to change and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment while adhering to established standards and procedures and participate in continual process improvement that funnel into standards/procedures.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
