Assistant Store Manager

Regal Fabrics is a retail chain with 13 stores located across UAE & Qatar. Our teams prioritize great service and store ambiance to ensure a fantastic shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for Assistant Store Manager for multiple locations is UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.

• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
• Provide support to the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Train and supervise retail staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in fashion industry is a must
• Strong passion for sales and customer service with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
