Regal Fabrics is a retail chain with 13 stores located across UAE & Qatar. Our teams prioritize great service and store ambiance to ensure a fantastic shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for Assistant Store Manager for multiple locations is UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Provide support to the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in fashion industry is a must
- Strong passion for sales and customer service with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
