To deliver a win-win partnership to various Stores/Customers by achieving consistent sales growth, flawless execution and strict commercial discipline.
Roles and responsibilities:
Operational:
Strictly adhere to the company’s code of conduct in all business operations.
Achieving volume and value targets through sales, at set prices, to stores in an e-seller area.
Ensure that Awad contracts are executed accurately with clients
Ensure availability of products and their appearance in all covered stores in accordance with the company’s distribution and promotional objectives.
Ensuring the permanent and effective use of automatic sawdust.
Ensure market coverage according to the agreed plan.
Collect receivables from merchants in a timely manner to maintain the company’s gearing to sales ratio as per company policy.
Report competitive activities as “the company’s eyes and ears” in the markets.
Interact with the “Captain” of other departments for collection.
Follow up on customers who have payment problems and prevent losses and bad debts on behalf of the company.
Prevent customers from possessing and selling counterfeit products and gray stock, and report such issues to the line manager.
Implement promotion plans and CBP for the month.
New product slate and upgrades slate according to time frame.
Perfect execution of the store according to plan – flawless.
Coordinate with merchandising team for effective resolution of OSA, SOS and NPD gap at store level.
Close all claims and debit balances in a timely and accurate manner.
Effective operation and maintenance of the vehicle.
Ensure the use of seat belts and ensure that the vehicle is fully secured and registered.
Effectively carry out promotional activities from time to time.
Ensure timely delivery of stock to respective stores.
Administration:
Ensure stock information/POS availability is updated.
Contact the trade department for sales information systems and review indebtedness.
Ensure compliance with and proper use of all commercial and sales documentation as per company requirements.
Connect with the merchant:
Offer – Record the starting and ending days of the offer and ensure that rewards are awarded on time.
Maintain standards and quality of presentation.
Follow up on stock refills and replenish stocks in shelves using FIFO
Ensure that the stock in the store has an adequate shelf life and stock rotation.
Follow up on routine matters to ensure daily reporting.
Credit bills/follow-up etc.
Ensure availability of POS / merchandising stock.
Core competencies and skills:
Bachelor’s degree.
3-7 years of experience in modern trade and customer experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge with Microsoft Office.
Experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
Provided physical in the UAE.
A valid UAE driving license.
