This is not simply our job, it\u0092s our passion.\n\nAbout The Role\n\nAs an Assistant F&B Training Manager you will assist the F&B Training Manager in collaboration with Director, Food and Beverage as well as the Executive Chef to develop, plan and manage learning and development programs for the Food and Beverage division to meet both the individual and organizational needs and requirements. Under the guidance of the Director F&B and Executive Chef you will plan, manage and administer in depth pre-opening training plans ensuring all necessary requirements are met.\n\nThe successful candidate work alongside departmental trainers to ensure that regular and consistent departmental training is delivered to fulfill the needs of all operational departments. Continuous review of guests\u0092 feedback from all potential sources including social media, reservation systems, management feedback, and mystery shoppers will be essential in this role together with conducting training needs analysis through deployment of tools for identifying root courses and providing appropriate learning and development interventions to bridge the gaps.\n\nAbout You\n\nThe ideal candidate will have minimum 2-3 years of progressive training experience in a luxury hotel, creating training content in a hospitality environment, with exposure to pre-opening. Must have effective communication skills being comfortable in delivering to senior management, at all levels of the organization. Proven team management skills - leading, motivating and managing assigned team members to effectively deliver learning goals and objectives.
