Administration Officer – Airbus

Job Description:

Basic purpose of the role:

The Administrative Officer is responsible for the daily management of Administrative services for Airbus Africa and Middle East employees and any Airbus subsidiaries with DAFZA and all concerned authorities inside or outside of the UAE (municipality, immigration, consulates, Civil Aviation Authority, etc.).

Main responsibilities:

Supporting Administration Manager in office maintenance and facilities management tasks:

Ordering and maintaining stock of office supplies including stationary rooms and pantry supplies.
