Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to our management and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Coordinate office procedures and manage administrative projects.
  • Support HR functions as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
